Do you offer a free trial?
Yes — every new account gets a 30-day free trial of your selected plan. No credit card required.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes. Change plans anytime from your Billing page. Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated; downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
What is a seat in the Enterprise plans?
A seat is one user account in your organization. Enterprise Starter includes 15 seats (up to 200, ₱399/extra seat); Enterprise Plus includes 50 seats with unlimited add-ons at ₱359/seat.
Are the prices VAT-inclusive?
No. All prices are in PHP and exclude the 12% Philippine VAT on digital services (RA 12023), which is added to your bill — e.g. Pro at ₱999/mo is ₱1,118.88/mo with VAT.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB) and select Philippine e-wallets. Enterprise customers can request invoicing on annual contracts.
What if I want a refund?
We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first paid invoice, no questions asked. After that, you can cancel anytime to stop future charges.
