Getting Started
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes — every new account gets a 30-day free trial of your selected plan, no credit card required. You can downgrade, upgrade, or cancel at any time before the trial ends.
Which plan should I choose?
If you’re a solo agent just starting out, Basic is enough. If you’re managing more than 500 leads, tracking policies, or running reports, go with Pro. If you’re leading a unit or branch with multiple agents, pick one of the Enterprise tiers based on your seat count.
Can I import my existing leads?
Yes. All plans support CSV import. The Pro plan and above also support direct import of Facebook Lead Ads JSON exports, so you can pull leads straight from your Meta Ads campaigns.
Do I need to install anything?
No. InsuranSync runs entirely in your web browser on desktop, tablet, or mobile. No downloads, no setup — just sign up and start using it.
Plans & Billing
What’s the difference between Basic, Pro, and Enterprise?
Basic (₱499/mo) is for solo agents with up to 500 leads. Pro (₱999/mo) unlocks unlimited leads, the policy tracker, commission tracker, and analytics. Enterprise Starter (₱7,999/mo, 15 seats included) and Enterprise Plus (₱24,999/mo, 50 seats included) add team management, unit and branch management, and priority support. All prices are introductory and may change.
What is a "seat"?
A seat is one user account inside your organization. Enterprise Starter includes 15 seats with up to 200 allowed (₱399 per extra seat per month). Enterprise Plus includes 50 seats with unlimited additional seats at ₱359 per seat per month.
Are the prices VAT-inclusive?
No. All prices are in PHP and exclude the 12% Philippine VAT on digital services (RA 12023), which is added to your bill. For example, the Pro plan at ₱999/mo is ₱1,118.88/mo with VAT.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes. You can change plans anytime from the Billing page in your account. Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB) and select Philippine e-wallets. Enterprise customers can request invoicing on annual contracts.
What’s your refund policy?
We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first paid invoice, no questions asked. After that, plans renew on a monthly basis and can be cancelled anytime to stop future charges.
Team & Permissions
Who can invite agents to my account?
Only the account owner can invite or remove members. Owners can also promote a member to a manager role, which gives them visibility into all leads and team performance within their unit.
Can I have multiple units or branches?
Yes — both Enterprise Starter and Enterprise Plus support multiple units and branches under a single organization. You can assign agents to specific units, and managers can be scoped to view only their own unit.
Can my agents see each other’s leads?
No. By default, each agent only sees the leads assigned to them. Managers see all leads in their unit, and owners see everything in the organization. This is enforced at the database level via our multi-tenancy system.
Security & Data
Where is my data hosted?
InsuranSync is hosted on secure cloud infrastructure with encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS) and at-rest encryption. We comply with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).
Can I export my data?
Yes. You can export your leads, policies, and contact data to CSV at any time from the app. On account cancellation, you have 30 days to export everything before data is permanently deleted.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your account remains active until the end of your current billing period. After cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days to allow for export, then permanently deleted from our systems unless a longer retention is required by law.
